Web Design & E-Commerce

Your website is your hardest working salesperson, so we build it like one. We design and develop fast, clean sites that guide visitors toward taking action, and we set up Shopify and WooCommerce stores that make buying simple. Every build is mobile-first, easy to update, and wired to work with the rest of your marketing, not sit off on its own.

What's included

Website Design

Custom, conversion-focused design shaped around your brand and what you actually need the site to do.

Website Builds

Fast, accessible, secure builds, developed to hold up as you grow instead of needing a rebuild in a year.

Shopify Stores

Full Shopify store setup, from theme and product pages through to a checkout that does not lose people.

WooCommerce Stores

WordPress and WooCommerce setup when you want full control of your shop and your data.

Booking, Intake & Conversion

The parts that decide whether a visit turns into money: booking flows, intake forms, clear pricing, and fixing the steps where people drop off.

Design, build, and everything after launch, handled as one system, not three separate vendors.

Why GoOlangoFlow

Plenty of agencies hand over a site that looks great and quietly loses people at the moment they were ready to buy. Anyone can make a page look good in a screenshot. What decides whether it makes money is speed, clear structure, and the path from landing on a page to actually booking or checking out. That is the part we build. Then it is yours outright, with no lock-in and nobody to call for every small change.

The process
Step 01

Discovery & Audit

Every build starts with understanding the business behind the site: who your customers are, how they actually buy, and what the site has to accomplish. A pretty site that does not match how you sell is just an expensive brochure.

If you already have a site, we audit it properly. Speed, structure, how people move through it, where they drop off, and what is quietly costing you enquiries. We have found silently broken contact forms, checkout steps that hide costs until the last screen, and pages search engines were told to ignore.

We also look at your competitors, what they lead with, how they price, where they are weak, so the new site is built to compete rather than just to look current.

Step 02

Structure & Proposal

Before any design work, we agree on the structure: the sitemap, what each page has to do, and the single action we want a visitor to take on it. Getting this right is most of the work.

You then get a fixed-price proposal with a clear scope and timeline. You will know what is included, what is not, and when it ships, before anyone opens a design tool.

No surprise invoices later. If something is out of scope, we tell you at this stage, not halfway through the build.

Step 03

Design

We design the key templates first, the home page, a service or product page, and the conversion page, and review them with you before building anything else. It is far cheaper to change a layout now than after it is coded.

Everything is designed mobile first, because that is where most of your traffic is. Copy is written to be honest and specific about what you offer, no filler, no invented claims, and for regulated or health-adjacent businesses, wording that stays responsible.

You see and approve the direction before we move into the build.

Step 04

Build & Launch

We build the approved design with the fundamentals baked in rather than bolted on later: page speed, accessible markup, clean heading structure, image optimization, schema, and titles and meta descriptions written properly for every page.

Content gets migrated carefully, and if URLs change we map redirects so you do not lose the rankings you already have. This is the step most rebuilds get wrong, and it is why sites often lose traffic right after a relaunch.

Before launch we test across real devices and browsers, check every form actually delivers, and run a launch checklist so nothing goes live broken.

Step 05

Measure & Iterate

A launch is a starting point, not a finish line. Once the site is live we watch how people really use it: where they land, where they hesitate, and where they leave.

From there we make targeted improvements, sharpening the pages that get traffic but do not convert, fixing drop-off points in booking or checkout, and adding what the data says is missing.

We also keep the thing healthy: updates, security, and backups, so the site you paid for is still fast and safe a year from now.

The stack

Tools are just tools. These are the ones we actually use, picked per project instead of forcing every build through whichever platform we happen to like.

We use AI to move faster on the parts where speed helps, drafts, imagery, and boilerplate code. A human still writes the words that matter, reviews every line, and is accountable for what ships.

FAQ
How long does a website take to build?

Most builds run four to eight weeks, depending on how many pages there are, whether e-commerce is involved, and how quickly content and feedback come back. A simple brochure site is faster; a store with hundreds of products is longer.

The honest bottleneck is usually content and approvals, not development. We tell you upfront exactly what we need from you and when.

How much does a website cost?

Projects typically start at $2K, with most engagements landing between $4K and $30K depending on scope. A single-purpose site sits at the low end; a full e-commerce build with custom functionality sits at the high end.

You get a fixed price before work starts. We would rather have a straight conversation about budget early than discover a mismatch three weeks in.

Do I own the website when it is finished?

Yes. You own the site, the domain, the hosting account, and the content. Everything is set up in your name, and if you ever want to leave, you take it all with you.

We do not hold your site hostage on a proprietary platform you cannot leave.

Shopify or WooCommerce, which should I use?

Shopify if you want it handled: hosting, security, and payments are managed for you, and it is faster to launch and easier to run day to day. The trade-off is monthly fees and less control over the fine details.

WooCommerce if you want full ownership of the store and your data, more flexibility, and no platform fees, accepting that you are responsible for hosting, updates, and security. We build on both, and we will tell you honestly which fits your situation rather than defaulting to whichever we prefer.

Will a redesign hurt my current Google rankings?

It can, and this is where a lot of rebuilds go wrong. If URLs change without redirects, or the content and structure that were ranking get thrown out, traffic drops the week you launch.

We handle it deliberately: map old URLs to new ones with proper 301 redirects, keep the pages that already earn traffic, and preserve titles and structure that are working. Expect a small settling period after launch, not a cliff.

Can you redesign my existing site instead of starting over?

Often yes, and sometimes that is the smarter call. If the foundation is sound and the problem is design, messaging, or conversion, a refresh costs less and keeps your existing search equity.

If the platform is outdated, insecure, or fighting you at every turn, rebuilding is usually cheaper than patching indefinitely. We will tell you which one you are actually looking at.

Do you write the content, or do I?

We can write it, and usually do. Copy gets written from a real conversation with you rather than guessed at, because the specifics of how you work are what make a site convincing.

If you would rather write it yourself, that is fine too, we will give you a clear brief for each page so nothing stalls.

Will the site work properly on phones?

Yes, and it is designed for phones first. More than half your visitors will be on mobile, and Google evaluates the mobile version of your site when deciding where to rank you.

A site that is awkward on a phone loses customers and rankings at the same time.

Can you add online booking or intake forms?

Yes. Booking against real availability, intake forms sent before the appointment, and information like insurance or direct billing surfaced during booking rather than after.

For clinics this is usually the highest-value part of the build, since it removes repetitive phone calls from the front desk and lets patients book themselves.

What happens after launch, do you maintain it?

We can. Ongoing care covers platform and plugin updates, security, backups, and monitoring, plus the conversion improvements described in the process above.

If you would rather run it yourself, we will hand it over with everything documented. It is your site.

Do you handle hosting and domains?

Yes, we will set up hosting and connect your domain, or work with what you already have. Accounts go in your name so you keep control and can see exactly what you are paying for.

My site looks fine but does not convert. Can you fix just that?

Yes, and that is often the cheapest work we do. Frequently the problem is not the design at all: the call to action is buried, pricing is unclear, the form asks too much, or costs appear late and people abandon.

We look at where visitors actually drop off and fix those specific steps, rather than selling you a rebuild you may not need.
